Announcements
- Check out of your room at the front desk by 12:00 on the day you leave Antalya. You can put your baggage behind the front desk if you depart after 12:00.
- Pay all personal charges and anything you charged to your room before leaving.
- Be in the front lobby at least 2 hours and 15 minutes before your flight departure to allow time to check out of your hotel room.
- To confirm your exact airport shuttle departure time, check the list in Conference Room A4 or see Andi Mitchell.
- An invoice with details of your conference charges will be available in the foyer during morning break and at the beginning of lunch break on Thursday. Stop by Conference Room A4 after that to request your invoice.
- There are about 15 extra conference bags available for free to the first 15 people who stop by Conference Room A4 to get them. There are also lots of extra airplanes.
- There will be a special treat (to eat!) served at the 3:15 pm break on Thursday. You will not want to miss it!

- We will NOT take another group photo today as previously mentioned.
- Be at the buses in the front lobby by 1:30 pm (13:30). You will have time to eat the 12:30 lunch before you go.
- After visiting Perge, we will have about 90 minutes in Antalya. Change money at the hotel before leaving if you wish to shop.
- Buses leave Antalya at 6:00 pm. Bring money for a taxi if you miss this departure time from Antalya, as it will be your only way back to the hotel.
- The tour will return to the Maritim Pine Beach Resort (our hotel) in time for dinner.
- Excursion begins at 1:30, rather than 12:30 on Wednesday. Lunch begins at 12:30.
- Wednesday night session WILL occur. Coffee House @ 8:00 pm (20:00) and Partner Perspectives @ 8:30 pm (20:30). Tony O’Hagen will be the presenter.
- There will NOT be a Coffee House/Partner Perspectives session on Thursday night.
- Rather, on Thursday night dinner will be served in the main meeting room for MinistryNet @ 7:00 pm (19:00). Following dinner will be a short closing program.
- Group Photo – There will be two opportunities to join a MinistryNet group photo. One at Perge, and the other Thursday before lunch. Do not join the photo if you do not want your picture published on the Internet.
- Pay personal room charges at the hotel front desk before you leave!
- Please confirm your hotel departure time on the list near the door (available at each break). Most (not all) departures are at least 2 hours before your airline departure time.

From Gary Stevenson – In order to counter scientific naturalism and the rise of Atheism on our Canadian campuses, we have created a website called ultimatequestions.org. The website features articles and videos written by some of the world’s top scientists such as William Lane Craig and Robin Collins. The articles and videos give solid evidence for the existence of God that is based on science and reason. The website also features a downloadable booklet and a high quality print booklet as well as a Youtube channel: “Uquetv” featuring many “Does God Exist? Debate videos. The website is created as a CMS and is available to be used to promote any of your apologetic based outreaches through its events page. Ultimate Questions is also available in French and Spanish. for more information contact Gary Stevenson at: gtstevenson @ gmail.com- “Strategy-based Collaboration” will replace “Geography-based Planning” session and begin at 3:30 pm rather then 3:45
- “Geography-based Planning” will follow this session and begin at 5:15 pm.
- “Coffee House” will begin Monday – Wednesday nights at 8:00 pm in the conference area foyer. There will be no “Coffee House” session on Thursday night.
- “Partner Perspectives” will begin Monday – Wednesday at 8:30 in Conference Room A1. There will be no “Partner Perspectives” session on Thursday night.
- Please be considerate of others in how you use the Internet at the resort. We share a limited amount of bandwidth.
- A paper shredder is available in Conference Room A4 if you have wish to dispose of documents with sensitive information.
- We will [NOT] take a group photo on Wednesday before leaving for the excursion. [Sorry, it turned out this was not a good time.]
- If you wish to be excluded from any conference photographs, notify Kay Seabourn.
- Your name tag is your entrance pass into the conference room. Remember to wear it or you may be required to get it before entering.
- If you do NOT wish to take the excursion tour on Wednesday afternoon to Perge, please notify Kay Seabourn. We do not want to pay for people who are not going.
- A confirmation of your conference expenses will be available for you at the end of the conference.
