  • How can Ministry Net Continue

  • How do we get MinistryNet to continue once we leave?

    1. Keep connected to each other.
    2. Talk about the conference with everyone we meet when we back.
    3. Ask ND to make a CD and distribute it to all the people in the ministry.
    4. ND should ask about what we have done according the ministryNet.
    5. edit the MinistryNet wiki
    6. add each other to facebook (either via the group or take time as you meet people)
    7. conversations on the facebook group
    8. a gmail address that people can send docs and ideas to, and someone would load them up
    9. a place to update info after the 30 day wiki period is over – can that continue?
    10. conference leaders updating participants periodically with what’s on the site (teasers) so that we’ll keep coming back (just a teaser, not the full info, so that you have a reason to come back to the site)
    11. get the materials to all staff (not just participants), so that they can get excited about it
    12. followup webinars with chat every once in a while on various topics
    13. materials on CD or DVD to be carried home
    14. a way to submit ministry plans, needed resources, and resources that can be offered, and then have someone match you with a team that can help
    15. regional MinistryNet conferences
    16. take good notes about who has which expertise
    17. connect with people via Skype
    18. Build teams, share vision, educate people about the opportunity on the net
    19. Present plans to Leadership team
    20. Develop team, and introduce the applications which are already in use in other part of our region
    21. Wiki – share the ideas and success stories so people can pick from there as they like
    22. We can meet with other leaders and let them know about the opportunities available on Net
    23. Area wiz ministry net conference,
    24. We can post idea on secure place so that it can be shared
    25. Ministry Net leadership team members can take the responsibility to talk to people from Different regions on Skype and Coach a region’s leadership with ministry Net
    26. Keep discussing region wiz so that everyone know what’s happening globally
    27. Stay in contact with the People of ministry net to explore through Facebook, Skype
    28. Supermarket of Ideas:  Need a platform to display what’s happening in someone country and region…category wiz so it’s easy for people to make use of the ideas.
    29. Join the Wiki and Ministry Net facebook
    30. Some of the Leaders who presented, could follow up with the people what happen and out it up so that people can have update
    31. THEY can start blogging and THEY can follow THEM
    32. We can organize regional Ministry net with other members of the body of Christ
    33. We could watch the presentation again to refresh ideas
    34. The information shared on the ministry net platform could be made available in transferable format, could also be contextualized
    35. Make available the contact details of people who are here
    36. Share what we have learned to staff and leaders
    37. Make video available of sessions so it’s easy to share and transfer the ideas
    38. Create Podcast,
    39. Twitter/RSS for Ministry net around the world
    40. Create e learning tools
    41. Make an effort to use wiki after we leave
    42. Making a plan before we leave the conference
    43. Accountability, ecoaching
    44. Good to learn from other people
    45. Continue forums
    46. Draw from a common repository of tools
    47. Most are from campus ministry and a way to share stories is valuable
    48. Gathering for NDs to hear from global leaders and “virtual” staff
    49. Goals to work on for next MinistryNet conference
    50. Some countries are advanced and could help outside our scope
    51. China tythes their campus workers to other countries, why not do that with Virtual ministry
    52. Share innovations and ideas
    53. Be advocates of using the internet for ministry
    54. Share skype name with other ministrynet people to check back and give updates to each other as to how things are going
    55. Tracking of activities in various regions
    56. Platform to show whenever someone does something
    57. Always a challenge to document what we’ve done

    80. We need to specialize to recruit and have staff that can do specific tasks needed
